We contact your old electricity supplier and get to work.

If you are a credit-metered customer, the meter reading you give us during your registration becomes your opening reading with us, and your closing reading with your old provider, who will send you a final bill. After that, all your bills will come from ClickEnergy.

For extra peace of mind, you get a 14-day cooling-off period.

If you have a keypad meter, we will call you after your cooling-off period to give you the new Keypad Premise Number you use for topping up.
