Pay Monthly

Fixed Monthly Payment – take the guesswork out of your bill
  • You pay a fixed amount each month – which helps you budget and spread your annual energy costs.
  • You pay monthly by Direct Debit (if you wish to pay by any other method, we may ask you for a security deposit).
  • We'll review your plan every six months to make sure it's working for you.
Variable Monthly Payment – only pay for what you use
  • You pay a variable payment amount each month, based on your total usage for that month.
  • You pay monthly by Direct Debit (if you wish to pay by any other method, we may ask you for a security deposit).
  • You pay your balance in full each month, so your account should never go into excessive credit or arrears, provided your payments are kept up-to-date.
  • You submit monthly meter readings between the 25th and 28th of each month. This ensures that your statement reflects actual usage.
  • We'll review your plan every six months to make sure it's working for you.
