Fixed Monthly Payment – take the guesswork out of your bill
You pay a fixed amount each month – which helps you budget and spread your annual energy costs.
You pay monthly by Direct Debit (if you wish to pay by any other method, we may ask you for a security deposit).
We'll review your plan every six months to make sure it's working for you.
Variable Monthly Payment – only pay for what you use
You pay a variable payment amount each month, based on your total usage for that month.

You pay your balance in full each month, so your account should never go into excessive credit or arrears, provided your payments are kept up-to-date.
You submit monthly meter readings between the 25th and 28th of each month. This ensures that your statement reflects actual usage.
